Arrival

We always want to welcome you in person so please let us know what time you think you will get to the Inn.

Car Parking and Accessibility

Lots of parking space and we have no steps to tackle so wheelchair access is fine with a little assistance.

Smoking

Terrible habit but if you must, you are welcome to smoke in the garden, but please take your smoke home with you.

Walkers

Mud to be left where it’s best needed i.e. In the fields and woods please. We don’t mind smelly feet so you can leave boots etc in the porch.

Children

Got two ourselves who are always eager to play with new friends. We have a small menu for the kids and can in most cases cook smaller portions from our menu. We can provide highchairs and a cot for the Bedrooms.

Dogs & Hens

Dogs, love them and we don’t mind them in the “Red Room” as long as they don’t bite the locals who may bite back. We have a flock of free Range Bantams and Marrans with eggs sometimes available for purchase. In some cases the Chickens have been hand reared so are trusting and do not see dogs as a threat (we have a Springer Spaniel) so please keep your dog on a lead lest temptation get the better of them.
